It’s unfortunate, but it is possible for you to lose subscribers during the process. We have a five to 20 percent unsubscribe rate, but with our 30-day guarantee, we will reimburse you for the loss and even find new subscribers.

While we only offer standard service packages, you do have the option of reaching out for a customized order. If you would like to order a customized package, email us at support@socialsgrow.com. Any service package you want should be more than the stated amount of all packages.
The best thing you can do is let our team know of the issue you are facing. Email at support@socialsgrow.com. Taking screenshots of the error and sending them to us can increase the speed in which the problem is solved.
Be sure you look at the package’s delivery timeframe to ensure the order isn’t yet over. If the delivery timeframe exceeds the website’s stated timeframe, contact us at support@socialsgrow.com so we can address the issue right away.
Ordered packages could begin in as little as 10 minutes to as much as 24 hours after the purchase. If 24 hours go by after the payment’s been made and you see nothing happening, email us at support@socialsgrow.com. We will investigate the issue.
To get the selected package at a desired speed you need to send the email to our support team (support@socialsgrow.com) and we will help you.
The delivery time for all services is expressed on the package. If an order is not delivered in the stated timeframe, reach out to our support team at support@socialsgrow.com to address the issue.
A 30-day guarantee is available for all our services. We make sure that every service offered on the website will be the services offered in the descriptions.
Every customer of SocialsGrow has the right to get the compensation of dropped units of the order for 30 days after the delivery.
There are some instances in which we may offer you a refund. These instances include:
  • Lack of Delivery - Reach out to support@socialsgrow.com to inform us of a non-delivery. All deliveries are “assumed” complete unless you reach out to us in a timely fashion.
  • Incorrect Service – You need to let our support team know of any instances of a service being provided isn’t the one you requested. We do not entertain cases of false beliefs. Again, contact us at support@socialsgrow.com to inform us of the problem.

According to our Terms and Services, placing an order is a binding contract between you and our company. You agree, upon the purchase, that you will not conduct a chargeback or file a dispute.
In cases where this has happened, we reserve the right to cancel awaiting orders, permanently ban you and remove delivered likes and followers.
